Every year I take my car to have the oil changed and a check up. The entire staff from the moment I dropped the car off treated me like a king. Art my service manager was letting me know the progress every step of the way. The video showing me the engine and the under carriage was a great way to to show value and for me to understand what was going on. Great customer service and will always use them in the future. It was easy to make the appointment on line and the service was fast. The inspection they provide is very helpful.
I was called stating my car was ready for pick up. Took 40 minutes to drive there and had to wait another hour after arrival before car was brought out. The car was in for a full service inspection breaks, hoses, vents, fluid levels, windshield wipers and operation, along with breaks, cv boots and all the items were checked off as being done. The windshield wipers were never checked because the rubber was still bad on the wiper. This makes me wonder how many other items that were checked off were never looked at. He kept us informed about the status of our car, the price of the service he quoted was exactly what we paid, and his knowledge of the JLR product is outstanding! We will bring our car there every time we need service as it is nice to have someone that we can trust in California. Glenn should be commended for his expertise and customer service!

I have purchased many cars thru the years and hate to say this but is generally is not a pleasant experience. I purchased an SUV today with Jaguar, Mission Viejo. My Salesperson was Dan Osborne. This was a very pleasant, honest, no pressure experience in a state of the art facility. I would highly recommend Dan and this dealership if you are in the market for a Jaguar or Range Rover. Great job guys, 5 stars Kudos to Angel in the Finance Dept as well.
If you have money to burn! After bringing my car for a transmission issue, the estimate was $1,700 to replace the gear shifter. In 5 min I got a quote less than half the price from a specialized Land Rover shop just a few miles away. Then they insisted on charging me $275 just to read the codes on the computer. Service was not responsive and after waiting 4 hours for a call back, I had to call the receptionist several times to get me an answer.... I would not recommend to anyone.
Quick service and friendly staff. I was able to get an appointment for the following morning. I will be coming here going forward.
