We drove from San Diego to Jaguar Land Rover Mission Viejo to look at a 2013 Mercedes Benz. We met Soheil Golchin who assisted us with the car. Friendly, knowledgeable, good sense of humor; all attributes for a good car shopping experience. The Benz was beautiful; just what I was looking for. Lo and behold, Brian Smith, thinking out of the box, had me sit in a Jaguar XF. Stunning interior, tough yet elegant body shape. They both knew MPG was important to me so before I knew it, I was sitting in a Diesel with amazing MPG. The deal they offered me was so out of this world that, yep, you guessed it, I ended up in the JAG after 16 years in a Mercedes. Soheil is here in our home right now as I type this because he drove the car down to me today, with the paperwork, and the deal is done!Thank you Soheil, Brian and Jaguar Land Rover Mission Viejo! I recently purchased a Velar from Jaguar Land Rover Mission Viejo and the level of customer service has been outstanding. The team has been incredibly proactive from sourcing of a vehicle to walking me through all of the bells and whistles in the car. We have been receiving excellent service from the maintenance department for years on our other range rover sport but am happy to share that the level of customer service from all departments is fantastic.

I recently bought a 2012 Jaguar XF for a very reasonable price. Unfortunately, the coolant pipe broke 12 hours after I had purchased the vehicle. Grant Ryder, Mark, and Robin immediately took great care of me and my car for no charge. Our family has purchased many Jaguars here in the past and will continue to in the future.
